It began as a "vision" to Director Sharon Smith. Her vision was truly a gift from God. In 1994 she established the Christian-based Summer Performing Arts Program. In Fall of 1997, she founded the Christian Dance Academy.

The Academy provides professional training taught by instructors with strong technical dance background who enjoy working with our young students, who truly love the Lord, and who believe that Christ is indeed the Head of our lives.
